Online Teachers Needed – Compensation Structure
“What will my pay be?” is only one of the numerous questions people consider when beginning a new career. Similar circumstances apply to this program. You will be treated as an independent contractor under the 1099 tax code, and among the many fantastic opportunities our program offers, one of them is financial. To a certain extent, you control the pay. With the time you have available, you can earn however much you desire. Your classes can have up to 500 students each, and you can teach numerous grades and subjects. By having students access your platform, you simply increase your compensation options.
However, the FMS Vortex platform also gives you the option to use other marketing applications. You can enter the teaching field and spread the word about it to your family and friends, in addition to doing so yourself. The FMS Vortex has the tools you need to access inside applications. Everything you do is up to you. The income potential is virtually limitless for independent contractors.
Our Online Teachers’ Needed Program Has a Unique Compensation Plan
- When the Student Accesses a Class, $10 is Credited to the Wallet of the Teacher per student per call per month. So if they are teaching 100 students in a session, it is $1000 for that Session for the month. 500 would be $5000.00. And so on. The maximum we allow is 500. Additional students will need to go to a different class or teacher, per our existing design.
- No Break in pay. The pay structure is set up on a 12-month pay cycle.
- Students may attend up to 5 classes each day in grades 1 through 8.
- Students may attend up to 6 classes each day in grades 9 through 12.
- The Pay Structure is accessible once you have the FMS vortex system. The cost of joining includes all Zoom Classroom expenses.
- Both instructions on the curriculum material and YouTube training are provided.
- With access to the FMS Vortex platform, there is also the potential to increase income through the advertising of the programs’ goods and services. The opportunity to develop a strong client base, or alliances and teams, not only in the US but also around the World, is limitless.
Application Requirements for Online Teachers
Online teachers must excel in order to be considered. There is no program like our education platform, which is extraordinary in and of itself. We want teachers in our program who are enthusiastic, devoted, considerate, exciting, and educated. Additionally, to seize this opportunity, you must be a self-starter and show initiative. We don’t want this to be just a way to pay you a paycheck.
You will be marketing yourself, so you need to be exceptional. Students will be attracted to your class by your charisma and likeability. Students will enroll in the program due to your marketing efforts, but it is entirely up to you whether they choose you as their teacher. Keep in mind that you are paid per student, not each class. So, exceptionalism is the key to your success!
Our Team is Always looking for Exceptional Online Teachers that meet the below-listed Criteria:
- Must have a 4-year degree in teaching
- We encourage College Graduates and Retired Teachers to apply. However, more experience in teaching is always better.
- Must have a desire to teach and bring awesome qualities that stand out, beyond the simple desire to Earn Money.
- Must join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. You will use this to determine the payment structure.
- You will need to create a YouTube Channel to highlight your unique qualifications. This allows you to showcase your talent and gives you the opportunity to introduce yourself to families and potential students. (Note: Instruction and Training will always be provided.)
- MUST be Committed and Dedicated to the program.
- Willingness to uphold a higher level of conduct and education than what is provided by conventional school systems.
Cost and fees:
Finally, as we do not receive any government funding to open our school, we ask that the teachers help offset some of the cost. While a significant portion of our revenue is generated through student enrollment fees, it’s important to note that some of the technical and support costs will be shared by our dedicated teachers. Consider these Operations Costs. As an IC status teacher, these fees may be tax deductible.
So, let’s take a look at the fees involved.
- $50 – Annual enrollment: As a private school, we report all staff for taxation purposes and operational functions. Because you will be part of Brainfood Academy, this is your own private yearly access to operate within the confines of our program.
- $59.95 – Monthly access fee. Due to the fact that we are building our own foundation for curriculum, resources, and student base, we need a strong security system. As a result, we have purchased the aid of some of the most skilled IT gurus in the market. Partnering with ZOOM platform, they have combined their expert knowledge to build us a first-class platform for Brainfood Academy. If you are familiar with technology and security, you will know it is not cheap. In order to help keep the cost of admission low, we ask the teachers to help offset this cost by supporting it with a monthly access fee.
This access fee will cover:
- You own a personal Zoom account.
